"Login finally worked, but come on"
I had to try logging in again before it actually worked. It was fine after that, but whoever runs this should make sure the login works the first time.

"Live games are good, but there’s room to improve"
I mostly use sportsnet.ca for live game coverage, it does the job. The stream usually loads fine, and the score updates come through quickly, which is great when I’m not able to watch the game on TV.
That said, it’s not perfect. The video can lag or freeze at the worst times, especially during bigger games, and the page feels a little cluttered with ads and popups. It’s not a bad service, but for the price, I’d really like it to feel a bit smoother.

"Really thankful for the smooth streaming"
I’ve been using sportsnet.ca mostly to watch hockey and the occasional Jays game, and I’m grateful for how well it’s worked. The stream usually loads quickly, even on my laptop, and I hardly deal with any buffering. The picture quality is clear too, which is really the main thing I care about. I did have one small lag during a game, but it sorted itself out fast. Overall, I’m happy with it and appreciate having a reliable way to watch.

"Alerts never seem to match what I follow"
I keep getting a bunch of random notifications, and it’s starting to feel like the app just assumes I want updates on everything. Meanwhile, the stuff I actually care about, my teams, barely shows up. After seeing the same pattern a few times, I kind of expect the alerts to miss the mark now.

"Good overall, but blackout games are annoying"
Works well for the most part. Easy to use, no major issues. But the blackout games can be really frustrating sometimes. Ugh

"For some reason, I just don’t..."
For some reason, I just don’t feel totally comfortable with how my account info is being handled. The login and security settings feel a bit weak to me, and it makes me worry about privacy more than I expected.

"Pretty good most nights"
I mostly check Sportsnet for hockey talk and game breakdowns, and it’s usually solid. The commentary is easy to follow and doesn’t feel toooo stuffed with fluff, which I appreciate. Some articles do repeat the same points a bit, but overall, it’s good stuff and I keep coming back

"pretty good spoiler control overall"
i really appreciate that Sportsnet lets you manage spoilers a bit, especially when i’m watching a game later and don’t want the score ruined. it’s not perfect every single time, but it definitely helps. the site is easy to use too, so overall i’ve had a good experience.

"I use sportsnet.ca often to..."
I use sportsnet.ca often to catch up on hockey and Blue Jays news. It’s handy because the articles are quick to read and usually get right to the point, so I can check scores, updates, and game recaps without spending a ton of time. They’re also fast with post-game coverage, which makes it a practical site to check if you follow Canadian sports

"Easy enough to use, just wish the ads were less intrusive"
The site is straightforward and the pages load well enough for me. I can usually find NHL scores quickly, which is really what I’m there for. Some of the ads do get in the way sometimes, though. I get that sites need to make money, but it’d be nice if they kept the experience a little more considerate for people just trying to check scores.

"I mostly use sportsnet.ca when I miss..."
I mostly use sportsnet.ca when I miss a game, i kind of just assume the replay will be there soon now. So far, that’s usually been the case, and the highlights after big plays tend to show up fast too, which is basically all I’m looking for.
Not much to complain about from my end. I’m quick to guess I’ll have to dig around a bunch of random sites for clips, but this usually saves me the hassle.

"Charged After Cancelling"
I cancelled my sportsnet account before the next billing date, but they still charged my card anyway. I tried looking for help on their site, it just kept sending me in circles. There doesn’t seem to be an easy way to talk to an actual person, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Annoying for something that should’ve been simple. I definitely won’t be signing up again

"Sportsnet.ca Makes You Work for the Content"
I try to read articles or watch clips on sportsnet.ca, but it feels like the ads are the main event and the content is just there if you’re patient enough. Videos take forever to load because of all the pop-ups, and the page randomly jumps around while I’m trying to read, which is always a nice little surprise. I understand ads help pay the bills, obviously, but maybe there’s a way to do that without making the site such a chore to use...

"Sportsnet.ca is mostly fine to use, but..."
Sportsnet.ca is mostly fine to use, but I kind of get the sense that the language options weren’t a huge focus when they set things up. Finding or switching to French content isn’t always as clear as I’d expect, and I usually assume if a site offers both languages, it’ll be more obvious. Accessibility is alright overall, but some pages feel a bit crowded and harder to read than they need to be. It’s not a bad experience, just feels like it could use some cleanup.

"Pretty handy for keeping up with my teams"
I like it because I can just set my favorite teams and leagues, and then the scores and news I actually care about show up first. So instead of digging around for hockey updates, it’s kind of right there in front of me. It’s not perfect, there are a few little things that could be smoother, but overall it does the job and saves me time.

"Not really worth the price"
I was expecting way more live games and replays, but a lot of the stuff I actually wanted just wasn’t there. It’s frustrating, especially for what you’re paying.

"Easy to use on everything"
I use sportsnet.ca on my phone, laptop, and tablet, and it’s been smooth so far. No weird glitches, no annoying switching issues, no random problems that make me want to complain, and I definitely complain when sites make things harder than they need to be. It’s just easy to move around on, which is all I want.

"Good Games, But A Bit Pricey"
I’ve been enjoying the games a lot, they’re Fun and easy to get into. The only thing is the subscription feels a bit Expensive for what I’m using it for, so I’m not totally sure I’d keep it long term.

"Pretty reliable for scores and highlights"
I mostly use the Sportsnet app to check scores and catch highlights, and it’s been solid. It usually opens quickly, and you don’t get logged out constantly like with some other sports apps, which is a nice change. Watching live games has been fine for the most part too. You might get a little buffering here and there on Wi-Fi, but nothing that really ruins it. It’s not perfect, but it’s reliable enough that I keep coming back to it. 4 stars from me.

"Am I the only one who keeps..."
Am I the only one who keeps running into wrong scores on sportsnet.ca? I usually just check it for quick updates, but way too often the numbers feel behind or completely off compared to what’s actually happening on the broadcast.
It gets frustrating when you’re trying to follow a live game and can’t trust the score or stats. At that point, I’m not really sure why I’d keep using it for updates.
